- Facilitate high-stakes property negotiations between buyers and sellers to secure optimal transaction terms
- Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline through targeted networking and market outreach
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify investment opportunities and pricing strategies
- Prepare and present compelling property listings with accurate valuation and competitive positioning
- Manage end-to-end transaction processes including legal documentation and compliance requirements

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or negotiation
- Valid real estate license certified by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents (BVAEA)
- Expertise in Kuala Lumpur's property market dynamics and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close complex deals
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and real estate transaction management software
- Professional certification in Real Estate Negotiation or Property Valuation preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with advanced communication skills
