Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and develop new client relationships to generate property sales leads
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers and investors
- Maintain expert knowledge of the Selangor property market, trends, and pricing
- Prepare and present property proposals, contracts, and legal documentation
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals
- Stay updated on industry regulations, property laws, and market developments/li>
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in real estate sales, property negotiations, or related sales roles is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to work independently
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one
- Good understanding of the local Setia Alam and Selangor property market
- Professional demeanor with excellent presentation andθ―΄ζ skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple client relationships
- Minimum SPM qualification; additional education in business or marketing is advantageous
