As a Real Estate Negotiator, you'll be responsible for meeting with potential clients, understanding their property needs, and guiding them through the entire buying or renting process. You'll negotiate deals, close transactions, and build long-lasting relationships with satisfied customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Meet and greet potential clients to understand their property requirements and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and present detailed information about available listings
- Negotiate terms and conditions to facilitate successful property transactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new listings in the Cyberjaya area
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for property transactions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties and attract potential buyers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with a competitive and ambitious attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving license and own transportation preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply
