Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct property viewings, open houses, and site inspections for prospective buyers and tenants.
- Assist clients with property searches, market analysis, and investment advice tailored to their needs.
- Manage and promptly respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Negotiate property prices, rental rates, and contract terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Prepare and process Tenancy Agreements and Sale & Purchase Agreements with attention to legal detail.
- Build and maintain a strong client network through referrals, community engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings and promotional content.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to secure client satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (highly advantageous for client diversity).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a flexible, commission-based environment.
- Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to our proven sales methodology and comprehensive training program.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Proficient with smartphones, social media apps, and CRM tools.
