Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end real estate project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors) to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor project progress against KPIs, budgets, and quality standards while mitigating risks
- Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and subcontractor negotiations
- Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Prepare detailed project documentation including progress reports, financial statements, and post-project evaluations
- Stakeholder management through regular communication with clients, investors, and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in real estate project management and construction
- Proven track record of delivering commercial/residential projects within budget and timeline
- Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and BIM tools
- Deep knowledge of local building codes, permits, and real estate regulations in Metro Manila
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams and contractors
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex construction challenges
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly desirable
