- Manage and process client transactions and requirements efficiently.
- Take full charge in promoting, marketing, and selling Federal Land Inc. (FLI) properties.
- Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide expert advice on property investment options and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Metro Manila.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Valid real estate license is an advantage.
