Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting activities (cold calling, emailing, social selling) to generate new business leads within the real estate market.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and readiness to engage with our real estate services.
- Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations for senior sales executives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and lead interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a sales development, telemarketing, or lead generation role, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and concisely.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities, coupled with an outgoing and resilient personality.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a goal-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales career.
- Residing in or near San Juan City, Metro Manila, or comfortable with the commute.
