Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of real estate agents to maximize individual and collective productivity.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value property transactions.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, developers, and high-net-worth clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine sales tactics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
- Manage the monthly sales pipeline, track KPIs, and prepare detailed performance reports for executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate Management.
- Valid Real Estate Broker’s License (preferred) or extensive relevant experience.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
