Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end sales process for exclusive sole-agency property projects.
- Conduct professional property viewings and site inspections for prospective buyers and investors.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to showcase properties to a targeted audience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing expert advice on market trends and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate deals effectively to achieve optimal outcomes for both the firm and the client.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and administrative teams to ensure seamless property transactions.
- Stay updated on the latest URA regulations, market changes, and property cooling measures.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid CEA registration (or equivalent certifications for real estate practice in Singapore).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate property value propositions clearly.
- A proactive and independent work ethic, with a hunger for hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent knowledge of the Singapore real estate market, particularly in the Central/River Valley region.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software to manage lead pipelines.
- Professional grooming and conduct, reflecting the premium standards of Halcyon Real Estate.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to accommodate client schedules.
