Tanggung Jawab
- Market and sell Alveo Land properties through direct client engagement and digital channels
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed product information to prospective buyers
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client documentation in CRM systems
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property launches
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or customer-facing sales roles
- Valid Real Estate Salesperson license (PRC certification)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong knowledge of Metro Manila property market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
