Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and analyze local real estate trends in Angeles and Pampanga.
- Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential homebuyers and investors.
- Organize and conduct site visits, open house events, and property presentations.
- Provide expert consultation to clients regarding property features, floor plans, and investment potential.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales agreements effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet monthly sales targets.
- Valid driver's license is a significant advantage.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Angeles, Pampanga.
- Highly motivated, self-starting, and possesses a strong passion for real estate sales.
