Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and identify high-potential leads within the Metro Manila area.
- Present property brochures and conduct site visits to showcase Alveo Land's premium developments.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients regarding property features, investment value, and payment schemes.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of clients using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-up and relationship management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to organize promotional events and property launches.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; Real Estate or Business Management background is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the Real Estate or Property Management industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) Real Estate Broker license is an advantage but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends as required.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and possesses a professional appearance.
