Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive property surveys and land assessments to support valuation processes
- Manage and maintain all technical systems supporting real estate operations
- Lead procurement processes for departmental equipment, tools, and services
- Analyze survey data to prepare detailed reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local property regulations and zoning requirements
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for survey-related services
- Monitor departmental budget allocation and cost optimization
- Support digital transformation initiatives in real estate documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property surveying or real estate operations
- Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD, GIS) and data analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in procurement processes and vendor management
- Certification in property valuation or land surveying preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
