- Update and maintain the CRM system with current client information and transaction statuses.
- Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist in the organization of property viewings and client presentations.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or Sales Admin.
- Familiarity with the Australian Real Estate market and terminology is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
