Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, providing detailed product demonstrations and technical advice.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring products are displayed attractively and shelves are fully stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest realme product features, software updates, and competitor activities to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Perform basic inventory checks and coordinate with the warehouse for stock replenishment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma holder.
- Strong passion for mobile phones, gadgets, and consumer electronics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
