Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a positive first impression of the realme brand.
- Assist customers in selecting the right mobile devices and tech accessories based on their needs and budget.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications, features, and promotions to answer customer inquiries accurately.
- Process sales transactions efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution to maintain brand loyalty.
- Support in-store marketing activities, product demonstrations, and promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in any field.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or the tech industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
- Possession of a valid Malaysian driving license is a plus.
