KOM Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rebar Supervisor to lead our precast fabrication operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of reinforcement steel, ensuring structural integrity, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality within our precast facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire rebar preparation and installation process within precast molds, ensuring strict adherence to technical drawings and specifications.
- Supervise and mentor a team of rebar workers, providing clear instructions and conducting regular performance feedback sessions.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and site regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Conduct daily quality inspections to identify and rectify any structural inconsistencies or material defects immediately.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to resolve technical issues and adjust schedules based on production needs.
- Manage inventory levels of reinforcement materials, reporting shortages or wastage to the procurement department promptly.
- Organize and conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to keep the team informed about daily tasks and potential hazards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in rebar supervision or management within the precast concrete or general construction industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, concrete technology, and rebar detailing standards.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and BIM models.
- Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and industrial environments.
