Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately calculate, process, and reconcile rebates, incentives, and deductions for various customer accounts in a timely manner.
- Prepare and generate detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual rebate reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and ensure the integrity of all rebate-related financial data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to gather necessary information and provide clear insights into rebate performance.
- Maintain and update rebate models, databases, and tracking systems to reflect current agreements and terms.
- Assist in the review and interpretation of complex contractual agreements to ensure correct application of rebate terms.
- Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and explanations for rebate transactions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency and accuracy of rebate management activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience as a Rebate Analyst, Financial Analyst, Accountant, or similar role with a strong focus on financial calculations and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) is essential.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial reporting tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
