Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and inspect incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and condition upon delivery.
- Verify invoices and delivery notes against received stock to prevent discrepancies.
- Organize and stock merchandise in the warehouse and sales floor efficiently.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move heavy stock.
- Handle damaged or defective goods according to company returns policies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in invoices or stock.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory calculations.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy boxes and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.
