Join the dynamic team at Robinsons Supermarket in Kawit, Cavite, and take the helm as our Receiving Supervisor. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the entire receiving operations, ensuring that all incoming products and goods are efficiently processed, accurately inspected, and strategically placed in the selling area for maximum customer accessibility.
As a Receiving Supervisor, you will be instrumental in maintaining the flow of merchandise from our distribution centers to the store shelves. Your expertise will ensure that inventory management remains seamless, stock levels stay optimal, and our customers consistently find the products they need. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily receiving activities, including unloading, inspection, and documentation of incoming merchandise
- Ensure all received products meet quality standards and company specifications before acceptance
- Manage the accurate recording of all incoming shipments in the inventory management system
- Organize and oversee the timely placement of goods in designated selling areas and storage locations
- Train, mentor, and evaluate receiving staff to maintain high performance standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation teams to resolve delivery discrepancies or issues
- Generate receiving reports and provide recommendations for process improvements to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years supervisory experience in retail, warehouse, or distribution center operations
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-department collaboration
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning shifts and weekend schedules
- Knowledge of retail operations and supermarket industry practices is a plus
