Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the receiving department to ensure timely and accurate processing of all goods.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery receipts to ensure accuracy in quantity, quality, and specifications.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on perishable and non-perishable goods, ensuring strict compliance with food safety and company standards.
- Manage the efficient unloading process and direct the strategic placement of products into storage or directly to the selling area.
- Maintain precise digital and physical records of all received inventory using the company's inventory management system.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule the receiving team, providing training on safety protocols and best practices for goods handling.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising and Purchasing departments to quickly resolve any shipment discrepancies or damaged goods claims.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area in compliance with 5S principles and occupational health standards.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in warehouse operations, receiving, or retail inventory management.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity is required.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and retail supply chain logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead a diverse team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- High level of integrity, keen attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
