Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily receiving operations, ensuring all incoming deliveries are logged and processed according to company standards.
- Supervise a team of receiving clerks and loaders, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high efficiency.
- Conduct thorough inspections of goods upon arrival to identify damages, discrepancies, or quality issues before they reach the selling floor.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transport drivers to ensure timely delivery and proper unloading procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock counts to prevent shrinkage and loss.
- Enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free working environment for all staff members.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, receiving, or warehouse supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
