Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the Receiving Vehicle Delivery Center to ensure smooth and efficient logistics flow.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate a high-performing team of logistics staff and drivers.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current receiving and delivery procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control standards to ensure the safety of vehicles, goods, and personnel.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, coordinate with warehousing teams, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients and external transportation partners.
- Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or vehicle management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational results in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local transportation and safety regulations in Indonesia.
