Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors warmly and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with a professional and polite demeanor.
  • Assist the sales team with lead management, data entry, and preparing sales reports.
  • Process and maintain accurate office documentation, including invoices and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support internal staff with various ad-hoc administrative tasks and general office upkeep.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common workspaces.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or GCE NITEC in any field of study.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or sales support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Pleasant personality with a service-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
