Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years hospitality experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
  • Proven expertise in front office operations and reservation systems
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with guest-focused approach
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure environments
  • Knowledge of local tourism attractions and services
  • Valid work permit for Indonesia
