- Lead and mentor front office staff through daily supervision, performance feedback, and training initiatives
- Streamline check-in/check-out procedures while maintaining accurate guest records
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Implement and monitor front office service standards and hygiene protocols
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room allocation strategies
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews
- Collaborate with management to develop operational improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years hospitality experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in front office operations and reservation systems
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with guest-focused approach
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure environments
- Knowledge of local tourism attractions and services
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
