Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations including guest check-ins/outs and appointment scheduling
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professional etiquette
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and communications
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Assist with basic office tasks including filing, data entry, and supply management
- Support event coordination and visitor reception for company activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in receptionist or customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic reservation systems
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
