Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly welcome and assist all guests, clients, and visitors with a high standard of professional courtesy.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules and prepare essential office logistics for appointments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, couriers, and mail distribution effectively.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring document confidentiality and security.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team as requested.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must reside in or be willing to commute daily to Alfonso, Cavite.
  • A professional appearance and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
