Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the first point of contact, greeting guests, clients, and partners with professional warmth.
- Manage the switchboard and handle all incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence with efficiency.
- Oversee office security protocols, including visitor registration and issuance of access passes.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring facilities are prepared and equipped for internal and external meetings.
- Manage courier services, mail distribution, and office supplies inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects the luxury standards of the Kering brand.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Polished professional appearance and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with high integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
