Alba Dental is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and reassuring environment. We are looking for an individual who excels in customer service and possesses strong administrative skills to manage our front desk operations efficiently.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the clinic's front office. You will handle patient inquiries, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, managing the reception area to ensure a positive first impression.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments via phone or in-person to optimize daily workflow and reduce no-shows.
- Answer incoming calls, screen and transfer them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
- Manage patient records, update medical histories, and maintain organized filing systems.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and assist with basic insurance inquiries.
- Coordinate with dental assistants and doctors to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
- Order and maintain inventory of front office supplies and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental, medical, or high-volume customer service reception role.
- Strong proficiency in the English language (verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of dental practice management software is a strong advantage.
