Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate departments, and take messages accurately.
  • Handle reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
  • Coordinate front-of-house activities and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Assist with meeting room scheduling and preparation for client meetings.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about company services and premises.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or business administration is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
