We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at The Vikings Group in Makati City. As the first point of contact for our clients and guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing guest reception, handling reservations, coordinating front desk activities, and providing administrative support to the team. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate departments, and take messages accurately.
- Handle reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
- Coordinate front-of-house activities and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist with meeting room scheduling and preparation for client meetings.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about company services and premises.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or business administration is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to work in Makati City and able to start immediately.
