Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet all guests, clients, and visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Manage the company switchboard, screen calls, and relay messages with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate office security protocols, including signing in visitors and issuing temporary identification badges.
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area, ensuring it reflects the professional image of our energy solutions brand.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier services, mail, and packages.
  • Assist the administrative team with scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and managing office inventory.
  • Support office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and basic document management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to work full-time in our Quezon City location.
