Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum 1 year receptionist/customer service experience
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in basic computer systems and reservation software
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior hospitality or tourism industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of Balinese culture and attractions advantageous
