Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations including visitor greeting, call screening, and mail handling
- Coordinate internal communications and maintain accurate appointment schedules
- Support administrative functions including document management and data entry
- Assist with event coordination and facility bookings for school activities
- Collaborate with teaching staff to support daily operational needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Handle basic inquiries from parents, students, and external partners
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Experience in educational institutions is advantageous
