Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of Pacha Alpaca.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage the reception area, including mail distribution and maintaining a clean and organized space.
- Assist guests with information regarding our products and services.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Support the administrative team with scheduling and meeting coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience working as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time hours in Badung, Bali.
- Professional demeanor and a friendly, approachable personality.
