Are you a compassionate and organized professional looking to make a difference in animal healthcare? Philos Veterinary Clinic is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our friendly team. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets, ensuring that every visit starts with a warm welcome and ends with a positive experience.
As the face of our clinic, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating the flow of patients. You will also handle essential financial transactions and maintain accurate records. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Manage incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently using practice management software.
- Process financial transactions, including payments and insurance claims, with high accuracy.
- Coordinate patient flow between the reception area and examination rooms to minimize wait times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area.
- Handle client inquiries and provide updates on their pet's treatment status.
- Assist in organizing medical records and filing administrative documents.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a veterinary clinic or medical practice is highly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy, fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
