  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar for executives.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a front office role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
