Tanggung Jawab
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them appropriately to the correct department or personnel.
- Manage incoming telephone calls and emails, ensuring messages are relayed promptly and accurately.
- Answer general inquiries and provide information about the company to visitors.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in filing, data entry, and other general administrative duties as needed.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage the company calendar.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Admin Assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
- Punctual, professional, and with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
