Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them appropriately to the correct department or personnel.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and emails, ensuring messages are relayed promptly and accurately.
  • Answer general inquiries and provide information about the company to visitors.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist in filing, data entry, and other general administrative duties as needed.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage the company calendar.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Admin Assistant.
