Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk reception and switchboard operations professionally.
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage office schedules.
- Handle incoming mail, courier deliveries, and office supplies management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
