Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet clients and patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle appointment scheduling, and respond to email inquiries promptly.
- Accurately register new patients and maintain detailed digital medical records.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with the veterinary staff to ensure seamless flow and wait-time management.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
- Provide empathetic support to clients, especially during stressful veterinary visits.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a clinic or medical environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office and scheduling software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine love for animals and a patient, calm demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-traffic professional setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in office administration is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required by the hospital's operational needs.
