As our Receptionist, you will handle inquiries, manage visitor logistics, and provide essential administrative support to our departments. Your warm demeanor and attention to detail will set the tone for every guest's experience at TDK Corporation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, vendors, and employees upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains clean, professional, and well-organized.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
- Coordinate visitor log-ins, issue access badges, and follow strict security protocols.
- Schedule and manage conference room bookings for internal and external meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, courier services, and document filing.
- Support HR and department heads with basic administrative reports or event coordination as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional grooming and a welcoming, service-oriented personality.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or multinational corporate environment is a significant advantage.
