Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the switchboard by answering incoming calls professionally and transferring them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers with efficiency.
- Schedule meetings and manage the office calendar to ensure optimal time management.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and document management to maintain organized records.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports.
- Maintain the reception area and office equipment to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM/SPM-V with certificate in secretarial or administration is an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Malay is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle a busy workload with a positive attitude.
- Professional appearance, grooming standards, and a customer-service oriented mindset.
