Tanggung Jawab
- Manage multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking accurate messages
- Greet visitors professionally, coordinate appointments, and maintain visitor logs
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, mail, and package deliveries
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance requests
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Support administrative functions across departments as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in office administration preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
