Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors warmly and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, faxes, and post, ensuring timely distribution.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining organized office records and archives.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare meeting rooms, and take minutes for internal meetings.
- Monitor and maintain office inventory, including stationery and supplies, and place orders as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments and handling travel arrangements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in any field.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
