  • Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and manage office communications
  • Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and document management
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee facility management
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event logistics
  • Support HR processes including onboarding documentation and record maintenance
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline administrative workflows

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in reception or administrative roles
