Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage front desk operations including patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and call handling
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinic databases using medical software systems
  • Coordinate with medical teams to ensure efficient patient flow and clinic operations
  • Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and inventory management
  • Provide multilingual support (English/Bahasa Indonesia) to international and local patients
  • Assist with clinic marketing initiatives and patient satisfaction surveys
  • Manage office supplies and ensure reception area presentation meets clinic standards

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma with minimum 1 year administrative or medical reception experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic medical software (EMR systems)
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in patient documentation
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for medical environment
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure situations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
  • Knowledge of medical tourism industry is a significant advantage
