- Greet and assist guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, including room assignments and payment handling
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
- Coordinate reservations and room bookings with accuracy
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (hospitality preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hotel management systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus
