Join our dynamic team at Bambu Fitness Bali as a Receptionist and be the first point of contact for our valued members! Located in the beautiful Uluwatu area of Kuta Selatan, our fitness center is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized individual to manage our front desk operations.
As a Receptionist at Bambu Fitness Bali, you will play a crucial role in creating positive first impressions for our members and visitors. You'll be responsible for greeting guests, answering inquiries, managing membership registrations, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fitness and customer service.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and member inquiries
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications in a timely manner
- Assist with membership registration, renewals, and processing payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with fitness trainers and staff to ensure smooth class schedules
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Assist in resolving member concerns and escalate complex issues to management
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or business is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using office equipment and basic computer applications
- Pleasant and professional appearance with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of fitness industry and basic fitness terminology is a plus
