Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the front office reception, providing a warm, professional greeting to all guests and clients.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring facilities are prepared and organized for scheduled appointments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and delivery logistics.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure operational continuity.
  • Assist in administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and data entry as required by the management team.
  • Support general office housekeeping standards to ensure a professional work environment.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative projects and support staff requests as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, 'A' Levels, or a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in reception or administrative support roles, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of discretion when handling confidential information.
