Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
  • Assist with onboarding processes including preparing new hire documentation and office orientations
  • Coordinate meetings and events including booking conference rooms, preparing materials, and taking minutes
  • Manage office filing systems and ensure proper documentation of all administrative activities
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks including expense reports and invoice processing
  • Support HR functions including recruitment coordination and employee records maintenance
  • Handle basic IT support and coordinate with technical staff for more complex issues

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reception or administrative roles
