LS Family Clinic in Sungai Siput is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist cum Clinic Assistant to join our professional medical team. In this role, you will be the face of our clinic, ensuring that every patient who walks through our doors feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front-desk inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinical procedures and ensure examination rooms are clean and well-stocked.
  • Handle patient medical records, documentation, and filing systems with high standards of confidentiality.
  • Manage the billing and payment collection process accurately using the clinic's management system.
  • Coordinate with pharmacies and laboratory services to ensure timely patient care delivery.
  • Maintain a tidy, hygienic, and welcoming reception and clinic environment for all visitors.
  • Handle incoming calls and coordinate internal communications between staff members.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or relevant vocational certificate in healthcare administration or related fields.
  • Prior experience in a clinic, dental, or medical office setting is highly preferred but fresh graduates with excellent interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong proficiency in both spoken and written Malay and English.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy, including experience with MS Office and clinic management software.
  • A warm, empathetic attitude and a genuine desire to assist patients in a healthcare environment.
  • Ability to work on a full-time basis with flexibility to meet clinic operating hours.
